CENTRAL ADRIATIC ROUTE

Enjoy a boat and bike holiday on this ship the Prvi Odisej. It is a motorised yacht of the Gullet  type. This yacht sails the Central Adriatic route. 

Gullets are traditionally being used in Turkey as transport ships. This ship however has been assigned a new purpose in life. In 2009 the ship has been totally renovated into a comfortable cruise ship.

Boat and bike holiday 

The route spans across 7 different islands and over 110 miles of spectacular Mediterranean bicycle tracks. The cruise is held on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

We have some lovely 21-speed trekking bicycles available for 60 EUR/week. Also, we have a couple of electronic 8-speed Flyer bicycles, that cost 140 EUR/week. We also offer bike insurance to cover any damages that may occur during the cruise.

Throughout the trip we include saddlebags, rout maps for your trails and snorkelling gear.

We provide transfer from/to the airport Zadar for boarding on our gulet.

Layout and accommodation

The Odisej has six double cabins are approximately 4x3mtr and one cabin is smaller than the others, approximately 3x3mtr. Each cabin has a double bed, a wide window, storage cabinets and a personal toilet and shower. There is airco available for six hours each day. Below deck there is a salon with a bar and a dining table. On deck you will find another dining table, lounge chairs and 12 sunbeds with towels and pillows.

The crew consisting of the capitain, the cook, servants and our English and German guide will take care that you will be most comfortable this week.

In the morning you can start with a refreshing swim or shower, during the midday you will be enjoying the scenary on a bicycle, in the afternoon another swim or a fresh beer and in the evening you dine on deck in a lively port or anchored in a quiet remote bay. And the next day we head for another island. Make sure you keep your eyes open for curious dolphins when we are crossing the Adriatic sea.
